We provide free on-site estimates.
Important pricing policy:
- We do not provide final pricing based only on photos or messages
- Final pricing is confirmed during the on-site estimate before work begins
- No work will begin until you approve the price
Pricing may vary based on factors such as:
- Volume/amount of material

- Accessibility (stairs, distance to truck, tight spaces, etc.)
- Disassembly needs
- Disposal fees
- Time required
- Special handling requirements
Website pricing examples, marketing language, or verbal ranges are estimates only and are not guaranteed final prices.
4) Approval to Perform Work
By approving an estimate and authorizing us to begin work, you agree to:

- The approved price (unless the scope changes)
- These Terms & Conditions
If the scope changes after work begins (for example, more items are added or access conditions differ), we may provide an updated price for your approval before continuing.
5) Customer Responsibilities
You agree that:
- You are the owner of the items being removed, or you have legal authority/permission to have them removed
- The items are ready for removal, or you have disclosed any issues that may affect access or labor
- The work area is reasonably safe to access
- You will identify any items that should NOT be removed before work begins
- You will disclose any known hazardous materials or dangerous conditions in advance
We are not responsible for items removed that were not identified as “do not remove” before loading, especially when they are mixed with junk or placed in designated removal areas.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling or texting us.
If we arrive for a scheduled appointment and:
- no one is available,
- access is denied, or
- the job cannot proceed for reasons not disclosed in advance,
we may charge a trip fee or rescheduling fee of “reasonable trip fee”, where permitted by law.

10) Donations, Recycling, and Disposal
When possible, we may separate reusable items for donation or recycling. However:
- We do not guarantee any item will be donated or recycled
- Final disposal method depends on item condition, local rules, and facility acceptance
- We may choose the disposal, recycling, or donation destination at our discretion
Our “donation-first” or “recycling-first” messaging reflects our intent, not a guarantee for every item.
11) Property Access and Damage Limitations
We take reasonable care while performing services. However, junk removal and cleanout work can involve heavy lifting and movement through tight spaces.
By using our services, you acknowledge:
